ISAURA E. FUENTES

Oct. 7, 1901-Dec. 19, 2004

Isaura E. Fuentes, 103, of San Diego died Dec. 19. She was born in Mexico and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her brother, Gilberto Enriquez of Las Vegas; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

No services were planned.

Arrangements: Poway-Bernardo Mortuary.

FREDERICK DAVID GOTT

Oct. 10, 1921-Dec. 17, 2004

Frederick David Gott, 83, of Idyllwild, formerly of San Diego, died Dec. 17. He was born in Norris City, Ill., and was a teacher for the San Diego Unified School District. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II.

Survivors include his daughters, Linda Maddox of North Fork, Karen Alexander of Reno, Nev., and Janet Gott of Idyllwild; sons, John Gott of Lihue, Hawaii, and Steven Gott of Coarsegold; and five grandchildren.

Private services and inurnment were planned.

Arrangements: Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory, Hemet.

AVIS MARGARET HENDERSON

June 6, 1918-Dec. 16, 2004

Avis Margaret Henderson, 86, of Escondido died Dec. 16. She was born in Saginaw, Mich., and was a master aircraft mechanic for Northrop-Hawthorne.

Survivors include her sons, Robert Clark of Rancho Bernardo and Patrick Clark of Anchorage, Alaska; and six grandchildren.

No services were planned.

Inurnment in Anchorage, Alaska, was planned.

Donations: San Diego Hospice, 4311 Third Ave., San Diego, CA 92103.

Arrangements: Allen Bros. San Marcos.

ELIZABETH ALBRO HOGERTON

April 6, 1923-Dec. 11, 2004

Elizabeth Albro Hogerton, 81, of San Diego died Dec. 11. She was born in Memphis, Tenn., and was an elementary school administrator. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Lybrook of Loveland, Ohio; sons, Peter Hogerton of Minnesota and Scott Hogerton of Texas; and three grandchildren.

No services were planned.

A private scattering of ashes at sea by the Navy was planned.

Donations: to a charity of choice.

Arrangements: California Funeral Alternatives.

LELA M. HUMMEL

April 1, 1913-Dec. 15, 2004

Lela M. Hummel, 91, of Escondido died Dec. 15. She was born in Yuma, Ariz., and was a retired minister.

Survivors include her daughter, Ann Hummel of Vista.

No services were planned.

Inurnment: San Jacinto Cemetery, Hemet.

Arrangements: Humphrey Mortuary.

BYRON W. JONES

Sept. 7, 1916-Dec. 10, 1904

Byron W. Jones, 88, of Fort Smith, Ark., formerly of San Diego, died Dec. 10. He was born in Ohio and was a carpenter. He served in the Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his daughter, Sondra Torres of Fort Smith, Ark.; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services have been held.

Entombment: Greenwood Memorial Park, Interstate 805 and Imperial Avenue, San Diego.
